Engraved for the General Magazine of Arts & Sciences for W. Owen at Temple Bar 1757.

Published in 'The Natural History of England' by the scientist and instrument-maker Benjamin Martin. It comprised part of the complete 'General Magazine of Arts and Science' issued between 1756 and 1761.

Condition: Folding copy, some wear at creases, old tape marks verso, reinforcing to folds close margin to right and bottom left corner. Later hand colouring. Priced accordingly.
